Both floors have spacious and shinny rooms ,fully equiptment self catering,TV,A/C,living and dining room,private bathroom and large balconies.Its just a step of its private beach, with other words from the bed to the sea.
The owner offer you free beach equiptment .BBQ is available .Fishing too.
Cleaning of the apartment takes place twice a week while full replacement of bed linen is made. ( the owner, is all day there in order to make your accommodation as comfortable as possible)
The place is full of olive trees, orange trees and lemon trees all in flora.
The lack of any city noise will help you relax while the feeling of the countryside will charge your batteries. Your children can play ,swimming and move around in total safety.There is enough parking space for your car although you can also use the bus, the bus stop is just a few meters from the facilities.
To conclude, your choice to stay in Marcos place ensures you peace, comfort, and every day excursions that the longest one does not overcome one hour so as to meet our lovely island.

From there you can go to: Benitses (1.5 klm), Corfu town (14klm), and all the main villages and coasts of the island. All south coasts have sandy beaches and crystal waters like the coast Issos, Marathias, Prasoydi, Halikounas with its lake and its natural life resort. The location where the apartments are, is called, “Tsaki ”, has a distance of 1.50klm nly from the center of Benitses village where you can find stores, taverns, chemist, nursery but also night life with clubs and coffee shops. Walking for 50m. you reach the nearest restaurant and in 50m the Mini Market for all your everyday shopping. |
