Our property has been built since 1991 and in the recent year it has renewed. The distance between Corfu Town and our property is 22 Km. It consists of 5 apartments for 3-4 people and 2 studios for 2 people. All our apartments and studios are fully equipped and furnished and have view to the sea . Also they have air-conditioning, refrigerators, independent kitchens, remarkable sea views, parking place, large independent balkons. It is the ideal place for families because it has large external grounds for the kids and it is only 20 meters away from the magnificent beach Krouzeri! |

| As we enter in the Municipality Kassiopi, the first impression you have gazing the soft natural beauty, with the green mountainsides ends in the white pebble beaches with crystal waters, is that calm and the admiration. An attractive village along the coast road which winds around the lower slopes of Mount Pantocrator, is Nissaki which is one of the most favourite destinations among seasoned and discerning travellers to Corfu. Sun beds
Considering the great amount of sunbathing areas around our property there is a certain necessity for the use of sunbeds. We can provide 2 sunbeds with an umbrella for 7,00 Euros per day.Air-conditioning
It is common knowledge that summers are becoming hotter and hotter every year.
However, not many apartments and studios in Corfu provide air-conditioning. Since the summer of 2004, we have fitted air-conditioning in all our apartments and studios. You are free to use them as you wish and they are included in the accommodation price.
Car hire
If you like to explore the place you visit on holiday, the use of a car is probably the best way to do it. Corfu has a lot of interesting places to go to.
For your car hire, we are now in a position to offer you the exclusive car hire services of an affiliate touristic office in Kalami bay.
Boat hire
Probably the most astonishing view of the island of Corfu is the view from the sea. Go around and explore the bays near Krouzeri and Nissaki. Visit Barbati on the South, Agni, Kalami, Kouloura and St Stephanos on the North. Spot this particular private beach that you have always been dreaming of and pass the rest of the day fishing and snorkelling.
Water sports
Right on the beach of Krouzeri, just a few metres from the Exarchou Apartments and Studios you will find an water skiing agency.

It was the ideal location because were looking for a quiet holiday.Exarchou lies at the foot of the olive and the sea is so clear swim are excellent.
