Bousoulas Self catering Apartments, owned and managed by Vasilis Bouras and his English wife Anne, are set in a pleasant residential area of Agios Nikolaos East Crete but just a five-minute stroll brings you to the town centre. The building overlooks the marina and sports facilities with 3 main beaches nearby including the Municipal Beach where there is a children’s swimming pool, mini golf and water sport facilities. The famous sandy Almyros beach is within walking distance too with its own full size swimming pool and bar.
There are 4 spacious apartments for 2-4 persons and 5 studios for 2 persons, attainable by lift and stairs. All rooms have balconies with a sea view, cooking facilities, refrigerator, and private bathroom. All air-conditioned and safety boxes in room. Free street parking and free carpark nearby.
Anne is keen walker and can take you on several walks and hikes into the mountains, down gorges and along old minoan paths. So use her apartments for that special walking holiday too. |

Guestbook: We have just returned from our 3rd visit to the Bousoulas Apartments in Aghios Nikoloas Crete and as usual had a wonderful time. These beautiful apartments are owned and managed by Vasilis Bouras and his English wife Ann. They are set in a perfect location in a pleasant residential area of Aghios Nikolaos right beside one of the few sandy beaches in Aghios - Amos beach - with it's wonderful beach side tavernas and bars. A two-minute stroll brings you to the town centre. sent july 06
We had an excellent time last year staying in Bousoulas Apartments in Agios Nikolaos East Crete. I was so glad we booked through the web and not with a company. Anne the proprietor arranged a taxi to pick us up so instead of the awful coach trip we were there in 45 minutes – greeted with a smile even though it was after midnight – Anne had left us enough food for breakfast so we didn’t have to worry about shopping first thing next morning. The apartment was clean and spacious and the view was fantastic – we looked out across the bay to huge mountains so when the sun was going down the colours were amazing. Anne has lived in Crete for 25 years so was a great help advising us what to see – not just the usual tourist sites. If only we had been a bit younger we would have loved to have done some of her walks. Highly recommended sent May 06
The apartments are modern, very clean and reasonably priced. All rooms have a balcony with wonderful sea and mountain views. There are several small shops and a supermarket just 1 minute away. Ann is extremely friendly and helpful and always available to give advice and generally make your stay hassle free. Sept 06
We really enjoyed our autumn holiday staying in bousoulas and Anne took us on several interesting walks and helped us plan our driving itinery. the apartments are in an ideal spot no need to use a car in the evening we look forward to coming again next year and will certainly recommend Bousoulas to others.
