Central in Cologne, we offer for rent a private accommodation for 2 persons in a small but comfortable apartment in Koln-Deutz.
Koln- Deutz is situated opposite to the old part of Cologne.
The old centre as well as the Kolnarena or the Rhine- Park are within walking distance and the Kolner Messe (Exhibition Centre) is also nearby.
Despite the central location the accommodation is situated in a quiet residential area in the ground floor (only 1 step)
The apartment is fully equipped and consists of a lobby, bathroom, kitchen- diner and bedroom with terrace and access to the garden. The apartment is non-smoker! It is allowed to smoke on the terrace.
Additionally there is a washroom with washing and drying machine. There is Cable- TV with DVD- Player, a PC with internet- access, MS Office, internetradio or reception with your notebook.
The price is to be understood in total per night. We kindly ask for a payment of 20% in advance by Paypal, bank transfer or cheque for a fix booking.
Rest sum on arrival after having checked the apartment against receipt. |
