Within the rented 80 sqm you will find two bedrooms, each with double-bed, one living room, one office with desk, a bathroom, a kitchen and many arrangements.

The living room is furnished with two large couches, with couch-table, an extension eating table, modern chairs, stereo-equipment for CD's and MP3-CD's, TV with digital antenna reception and DVD-player.
Further, there is a PC with DSL-WLAN-internet connection. The WLAN reception works in the entire apartment, and is incuded in the rent.
The kitchen is equipped with microwave-oven, coffee-machine, dishwasher and ceran-oven. Further, there are all other utensils as needed in the kitchen.
The shower bath contains a washing machine.
Below the baldachin in the first bedroom is a 2x2 meter-size water bed waiting for you. The second bedroom is equipped with a large double bed with spring mattress.
Hence, the apartment is comfortably habitable for up to 4 persons. A fifth person can sleep on the couch in the living room.
Bed-linen and towels are provided and included in the rent. A gas-heating-system in the apartment provides hot water and heating .
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the well-known, chestnut-tree-overgrown Schloss-Strasse, one of the most beautiful streets in Berlin. In the northern direction one looks directly on to the Schloss Charlottenburg. Looking south, there is the Sophie-Charlottenplatz, where you will find the next subway-station (U-Bahn). Walking distance in either direction is approx. 10 minutes.
In the vicinity one finds a variety of restaurants and pubs, the just mentioned 'Castle Charlottenburg' and the 'Deutsche Oper'. There are several food shops within walking distance (among others, the so-called 'Brotgarten', an award-winning biological bakery).
The 'Bahnhof Zoo' railroad station (distance: 3 subway stations),the 'Kurfürstendamm', the Technical University and the 'Gedächtniskirche' (memorial church) can be reached by public transportation or car within approx. 10 -15 minutes. |
