Our rental apartment is centrally located and is surrounded by parks and greenery. A grass-covered open space view is provided from all windows. In walking distance you will find restaurants, shops, Playground, Bus and Train to the new and old City from Berlin. Berlinette would like to fulfill your expectations and would like to make your stay in Berlin as interesting and adventurous as possible.
Berlin is a city with several seas and parks. You can go for numerous outings within and around Berlin via boat. bike, bus, train or car. Culturally, Berlin is a metropolis which is undisputedly one of it's kind in Europe.
Price: only 55 Euro (1-person per night)more persons pay an additional of 5 Euro (each person per night).

The Apartment includes linen, towels and disches. You can use the apartment phone for city calls or calls with callingcards.
All windows are with safety-lock and security glasses.
You can park your car nearby the apartment, there are no problems to find some place. Behind the house is a small playground for little childs on front of the house are a great playground. Parks and more playgrounds nearby. Every tuesday and friday are local market from 8 AM to 1 PM in the park.

Your minimum stay must by two nights * If you need weekly roomservice - additional cost per service is 30 EURO * Reservation Deposit: 1 day rate per week within 10 days of placing reservation. Refund upon 20 days notice. Service charge of 30 EURO on deposit refunds. No refunds for early departure. You must pay the total rental rates at check-in and also you must accept the rental conditions. All reservations have to be confirmed by Berlinette.
