This is a bright and spacious studio apartment with a separate kitchen and bathroom. There is also a balcony with spectacular views over Berlin. It is on the 5th floor with a lift.
In the living area there is a double bed and a double sofa bed which allows up to 4 guests to stay. There is a dining table that seats 4. The room is split into living area, dining area and bedroom area.
Living area: Sofa (double sofa bed when 3 or 4 guests stay) TV and DVD.
Kitchen: electric cooker, fridge small freezer, kettle and iron.
Bathroom: Shower, Bath, WC, hairdryer.
Bedroom area: double bed and wardrobe.
Wireless Internet.
The apartment is a very desirable location in the heart of Kreuzberg. Local shopping is plentiful and varied as well as offering a host of restaurants, bars and cafes. The buzzy and popular Bergmann Strasse with its trendy shops and buzzy cafes is a short walk of only 5-600 metres.
Downstairs from the apartment there is a bakery which sells fresh bread and croissants.
At the end of the road is the beautiful Victoria Park with its national monument. This monument provides an excellent viewpoint over much of the southern portions of the city. An artificial waterfall originates at the foot of the monument and continues down the hillside to the intersection of Grodbeerenstrasse and Kreuzbergstrade. Additionally, the local wine Kreuz-Neroberger is cultivated here.

Guestbook: We really enjoyed our stay in this fab little apartment. It was only a very short walk to the nearest underground station and the local area is full of little restaurants, cafes and shops - all just a short distance away. Natalie and Lucy were extremely helpful and friendly, so thank you for making our stay even better. I would recommend this accomodation to anyone thinking about going to Berlin -very cheap and perfect location. We couldn't have asked for more!
