This new fully equipped beautiful 2 bedroom 65sqm ground floor apartment completed in August 2007 (One room with a double bed with Patio doors leading onto the Terrace; one twin bedded room), with underground garage and lift, is located in the French seaside town of WIMEREUX, sleeps 4 people comfortably and is just 500m from the sea front and the town centre.
Wimereux is a holiday resort on the coast, surrounded by beautiful countryside. It has a superb sandy beach, and beautiful cliffs all around it. It is "away from it all", and yet amazingly near the Channel Tunnel Terminal.
Wimereux is particularly well known for, Wind Surfing, Land-Yachting, Horse-Riding, Golf and Walking.
The accommodation consists of a Hallway leading to very extensive living room with patio doors opening to large terrace garden providing ample space for ‘Al Fresco’ dining and drinking or sun bathing. New Kitchen, including, Fridge Freezer, Ceramic Hob, Oven and Microwave Oven. Leather settees, Dining Room Table, Chairs, French and English TV/DVD, Hi-Fi. Large Bathroom with Bath, Shower attachment, Washbasin and Washing Machine. Separate large toilet.
The delightful and relatively undiscovered town of Wimereux lies between Boulogne on the Côte d'Opale and the port of Calais, and the Channel Tunnel terminal and Boulogne on the Côte d’Opale.
Nestling comfortably in a valley it offers those who know it, all the delights of good food and wine, an enviable beach, great ambiance, and all within easy reach of the ports or Paris. Well served with shops, restaurants and hotels the architecture mainly dates from the beginning of the XIXth century and is predominantly Victorian Anglo-Norman in style. With its promenade and beach huts it retains much of the flavour of this era.
We usually make bookings for a minimum of 1 week (Saturday to Saturday), but you can also book for a weekend or a mini break direct with the owners except for French and English school holidays. When booking please specify the number of adults and children and their dates of birth. Should the number exceed the number stipulated then the owner has the right to cancel booking or charge extra.
We do not provide linen or towels but we do provide duvets and pillows
