The apartment is ideally located on the edge between the 9th and 18th district just outside of the tourist zone but close to all major attractions. To the North, the street meets Avenue Trudaine, which is considered to be amongst the prettiest and most tranquil avenues in the whole of Paris.
The area has seen a major change during the last 5 years. Many trendy restaurants and boutiques have attracted a young and wealthy clientele making the whole area very hip. It has been named So-Pi, meaning South of Pigalle. Luckily, old Parisian values and well- established eateries still thrive, making this area suitable for any budget. |
