This quiet, comfortable apartment is on the 15th floor of a 19-storey residence overlooking Paris in the western end of Paris.
It has been fully refurbished and redecorated in 2009.
It can accommodate in comfort up to four Guests.
The sun-filled dining room has a sofa bed that sleeps two, a table to seat four comfortably, a desk, a wardrobe, a TV with English channels, a radio with CD and DVD player, CDs, wireless Internet access, landline telephone with local, national, international calls free of charge to 70 countries.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a microwave/oven, a vitroceramic hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a large refrigerator/freezer, a caffee maker, a kettle, a toaster.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, two sinks, a toilet, and plenty of storage room.
The marble lobby has exposed wooden ceilings and large picture windows.
Two concierges and an access code ensure good security.
Excellent means of transportation.
The stated prices are for two Guests, with extra cost applying to third and fourth Guests.

The apartment building is surrounded by a wide forum planted with vegetation.The Charras mall is on the ground floor with a supermarket, many restaurants, cafes and shops. Also on the ground floor of the building is an international newsstand, as well as a boulangerie, a supermarket and the municipal swimming pool, featuring a sauna, solarium, volley ball, ice skating and bowling facilities.
Three gardens with trees, a fountain and flowers are at the edges of this lively area.
The nearby Metro, RER, train stations and buses give easy access to all of Paris.
The apartment is in a lively neighbourhood with a 16-screen cinema, a host of shops, theatres, cultural venues, restaurants, bars, cafes and indoor and outdoor markets.
La Defense is at the western end of Paris' Historical Axis, which starts at the Louvre museum and takes in the Champs-Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe.
It is close to The Stade de France, Roland Garros, the Parc des Princes, Auteuil and the Bois de Boulogne. |

Guestbook: The apartment is beautiful and is a wonderful home away from home. Paris is a great and beautiful city and we were able to see a great deal and visit many sites from Les Gemeaux. You are so close to bus and rail lines that the Louvre, Les Invalides, the Latin Quater and other great areas are easily within reach.
The neighborhood around Les Gemeaux we found to be very nice in a very quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. We will recommend your apartment to friends and colleagues. Again, the apartment is great!

The location was superb. Downtown Paris was only a 12 euros ride. The amazing architecture of La Defense was a welcome surprise. It is the modern day Paris! Our stay was perfect, much better than in a hotel. The view of the city and the Eiffel Tower was gorgeous and the apartment was clean, well furnished and up-to-date. We were so pleased with the condo and the Location. It was very convenient for getting to just about anywhere in Paris. It was better than we ever thought. Waking up and going to bed with such a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower was an experience our daughter will never forget. A great found!

What a great apartment and the views of Paris, especially the twinkling of the Eiffel Tower will be one of our most treasured memories. Great location, handy to Metro and RER and supermarket for supplies. Welcome change for us to be able to cook our own meals and enjoy the views. To other visitors: must sees are the Louvre, Tour Eiffel, Sacre Coeur, Notre Dame, Arc de Triomphe and the Jardin du Luxembourg. Watch out for early closing of the shops on a Sunday!
