Nicely decorated and very pleasant at Spring time it faces the Bercy Park and is close to the cinemas. Also close to the Cour Saint Emilion, it is only 8 mn away by metro (driverless high-speed metro "Meteor" line 14) from the Opera and the Louvres.
It is situated in a rather new and lively district: dancing bars, cours saint Emilion / marina de Bercy / train bleue. All are 5 minutes away on foot.
With the new pedestrian passerelle (footbridge Simone de beauvoire) cross the seine and have a drink on the Seine banks, a trendy area where all Parisians love to go out (Guinguette Pirate / Batofar etc...)
Traditional open air markets wednesdays and sundays. Very close to all shops.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwashers, refrigerators & freez ).
The bedroom and living room are fully furnished. It has the telephone and a cable TV with a connection to the internet. There is a real Double Bed (200x140) in the bed room.

This apartment was absolutely wonderful!! The Bercy neighborhood is perfect for anyone looking to embrace French culture. The option of the #14 metro line (the newest) allowed me to get to "downtown" in minutes, yet escape from it all in when desired. Bercy village is great with its shops and more importantly its restaurants and anything you need is right there. Finally, my hosts were so thoughtful and helpful prior to and througout my stay - it made my experience all the more perfect!
