The floor size is 24m2, with a living room, a kitchen, a real bathroom, a large bed 160cm on the mezzanine.
There are also a fax/telephone line that enables you to be reached here at Paris, a 20 inches lcd tv + cable, a free unlimited high speed wifi internet access, a vacuum cleaner, a refrigerator/freezer and a washing machine, all included in the rent.
There is a self service laundry on the ground level of my building where you will be able to dry your clothes. Bed sheets and towels are included in the rent, I try to make your stay the most confortable as possible.
This apartment has just been renovated and is located at the first floor. It is a very cosy and sunny flat, the perfect place to stay to fully enjoy Paris for a cheap rent price.
The closest subway stations are: Arts et Metiers (Line 3 + 11) at 20 meters, Republique (Line 3 + 5 + 8 + 9 + 11) at 5mn from the flat.
The Marais and the Beaubourg Museum are only at 5mn by walk, the Louvre museum is at 8mn by subway, the Champs Elysees are at 15mn by subway, the Eiffel tower is at 20mn by subway... |
