The apartment measures 32 sqm or 400 sq foot and is located in the "Residence Lutece 2000" witch is supervised by two doormen. A large park with lawn, many trees, bamboo 10 metres in hight, flowers, two water fountains - you'll stay in a privileged surrounding.
A balcony of 6 squares meters with an interesting view over the quarter and the park belongs to this flat. The balcony is furnished with a table, some chairs, flowers and bamboo. Already, we beg you to water them in summertime. The flat is on the third floor, where you can get by two lifts.
This apartment sleeps 3 guests. The bathroom has a marble washtable, glass shower cabine, washer and dryer. The kitchen is completely furnished with all you need, for example ceramique hotplates, refrigerator, sink, many cupboards, coffee machine, iron, lovely tableware and glasses, extractor hood etc.
In the hall there are two spacious wardrobes. The living-room
is furnished with a fold-away couch, which is 1,60m broad and 2,00 m long. A third bed is hiden in the built-in Closets in the floor. There's also a colour TV, a hifi-tuner and a telephone with fax-machine and a safe in this flat.
An underground car park, you reach by lift, belongs to this apartment. The acces is controlled by magnetic card and two doormen taking care day and night of this residence.

Hi Martin, Thank you so much for all your help while we were in Paris. We had a great holiday and we hope to someday may find ourselves there again. The best thing about the Louvre apartment is definitely the location. The neighborhood itself is exciting and fun. Many things to see and experience that most visitors would not find. We very much enjoyed meeting the people who live and work in the area. We loved the convenience of walking to many of the "desirable" sightseeing areas and the ease and proximity of the metro for farther away areas. The accommodations are excellent and the ability to call you with questions was fantastic. Again, thank you for your help while we were in Paris, and hopefully we may meet again. |
