There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven,hob,dishwasher and fridge-freezer.
The bathroom has 2 separate showers and bath. The property is accessible via the lift in the entrance hall with a 2nd lift for refuse disposal.
Beach and historic old town (Vielle ville) are only minutes away on the new tram at a cost of only 1 euro!
Fresh produce is available in the market in the next street with a large supermarket only 5 minutes on foot for a larger shop.
Train offers easy access to Monaco and Italy in the east and Cannes in the west.

Meals can be taken via the serving hatch to the kitchen. The kitchen has oven,hob, dishwasher and microwave and has all utensils including plates and kettle. Tv (UK) is available via set in the lounge and some 40 channels(including radio) can be accessed. The bathroom is tastefully decorated being fully tiled has 2 separate showers, which is useful for attending to small children and a bath,heated towel rail and vanity unit. Linen and towels for all guests are included in the price. There are no other charges for power, local taxes, concierge etc. |

Sorry I'm so late in writing you, but I wanted to let you know what a fantastic time we had in Nice, and we really enjoyed our stay in your apartment. Louise and Adam (property agents)were exceptionally helpful when we arrived, helping us get our bikes and luggage upstairs. And the apartment was perfect - with plenty of room for all of our things, everything we needed in the kitchen and everything within walking distance (although we did use the tram a few times ;)
