The building is beautifully decorated in turquoise blue and lemon yellow mosaic tiles. Tiny ceramic lemons decorate each pillar of building. The apartment is on the ground floor but as it is not overlooked, plenty of light streams into the apartment.
A spacious bedroom with plenty of storage space provided by the large wardrobe and set of drawers. There are two side tables with reading lamps, an alarm clock, and telephone. A large double window keeps the room sunny and fresh. And let's not forget the direct view onto the garden and its lemon tree.
The living and kitchen area are open plan. There is a large sofa with two occasional chairs, a flat screen TV, DVD, and a hi-fi system. There is also a dining table with seating for two.
Large glass French doors flank the south side of the living room and kitchen which open directly onto the 50sqm garden. Keep the windows open and enjoy the breeze, or when its hot, hot, hot, take a break inside with the air-conditioning on.
The stylish modern bathroom has a large walk-in shower and vanity wash basin along with a WC.
A modern kitchen with all the necessities for rustling up a feast including a ceramic hob, convection oven, and microwave. A full sized fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine can also be found here.

| Just off Boulevard Gambetta, the beach is a 5 minute walk away. The Massena pedestrain area with its shopping, restaurants, and nightlife a plenty can be reached in a 10 minute walk. The train station is a 15 minute walk away, or a few minutes bus ride from the shop a minute walk away from the apartment. In the vicinity you can enjoy the beautiful Alsace-Lorraine Park and watch the locals take in the sun. A large supermarket is within a five minute stroll. |
