We are located at the foot of the castle of Pomas, a small picturesque village of 800 inhabitants 15 minutes south of Carcassonne, famous for its medieval city and its cassoulet, and 10 minutes north of Limoux, renowned for its blanquette de Limoux sparkling wine and its carnival.
This is an area of vineyards and history, between the Pyrenees and the Mediterannean. |
