'As far as the flat goes, we were very pleased. Our favourite aspects were the following: Air-conditioning, washing machine, separate toilet, balcony with sun for clothes-drying, beautiful back yard. You even had a hair-dryer! I enjoyed the location. I was pleased because it was close to the train station and not far from the water front and Palais, on a quiet street. We had a very pleasant holiday in your apartment in Canne. The apartment was beautifully clean, well equipped and extremely convenient both for shopping and exploring Cannes and also for days out in places nearby such as Grasse, Antibes etc.
