The living area leads out onto a sunny south facing balcony where you can dine al fresco on the outside table with four chairs. Back inside, there is a wooden dining table with 6 funky red chairs. A serving hatch to the kitchen ensures the cook is not left out of dinner conversation.
The bathroom is part tiled and contains a bath with shower attachment over and a sink vanity unit. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower and vanity unit. There is a separate WC.
The modern kitchen has a fridge-freezer, washing machine, a 4 ring hob, microwave and dishwasher.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a beautiful residential art deco building. There is no lift.
