STUDIO ROOM:
The studio sleeps 2 on a comfortable sofa bed which is made up with fresh linen, a blanket and continental style pillows for guests arrival. The sofa bed gives you the flexibility to use as a sofa during the day time and have the extra floor space. If two people would prefer to sleep separately a self inflating 'Aerobed' can be supplied with bedding if needed.
Opposite the sofa is a large plasma TV and a DVD player so you can watch TV and films in bed! The channels are the standard French TV and there are a few music channels.
The room also has air conditioning for the summer and a heating unit for the winter.
TERRACE:
Glass doors lead out onto the South facing terrace, flooding the studio with light and air. There is a table and two chairs where you can sit and soak up the sun all day long.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is new and modern, installed in April 2007. There is a fridge and a freezer box, microwave, hob and kettle. Its fully equipped with plates, pans, cups, glasses and cutlery etc, if you do want to prepare a meal. Its also perfect for making a quick lunch to take to the beach, storing your wine in the fridge, or making an early morning tea or coffee.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower enclosure, toilet and basin. On arrival all guests are supplied with fresh bath and hand towels.
LOCATION:
The studio is situated between the Rue Moliere and Rue Victor Cousin, Cannes 06400 and is directly behind the Grand Hotel, 45 Boulevard de la Croisette. This central area of Cannes is known as 'la banane'.
The apartment is on the first floor of a modern apartment block within the Grand Hotel complex. Its perfectly located near to the beach, shops, restaurants and the Palais des Festivals, close to everything Cannes has to offer.
Less than a minutes walk to the beach and 30 seconds away from the Rue D'Antibes; The 'Oxford Street' of Cannes.
If you are staying for a congress or festival; only a 3-4 minute walk to the Palais des Festival and perfect for entertaining clients in the Grand Hotel's bar and restaurant. There are also many other restaurants and bars around the corner from the apartment in the Rue du Bateguier and a plethora of restaurants moments away on the Croisette. |
