This third floor studio apartment and 9m balcony with stair and lift access has just recently been newly refurbished and furnished to a very high standard (with car parking). Situated in a quiet location at the bottom of Ave De Grasse, only a 3 minute walk to the centre of Cannes.

| Nice airport is a 30 minute drive from the apartment. The coach service runs every 30 minutes and will take you directly to the central bus station in Cannes which is only a 5 minute walk to the apartment. Your keys will be given to you by our friendly and helpful property manager who will be there to greet you on your arrival. |
