This central Cannes studio is so close to the beach but also in walking distance of the Palais Du Festivals for conference delegates. Marlynes 2 is a delightful garden studio apartment in Cannes on the ground floor for 2-4 people with spectacular private, enclosed garden and canopied sun terrace with private secure car parking.
Marlynes 2 is in a very quiet, private & exclusive gated road situated a few hundred yards from the Boulevard de la Croisette. A minutes walk will take you to both Palm Beach and Petit Plage as well as well as several local supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, butcher and Post Office. The Palais du festival is a 10-15 minute walk along the beach and the A8 bus runs in a loop from your door along the Croisette and back again several times each hour.
The studio is furnished to a high standard with great attention to detail. There is a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower over and an additional kitchen for outside entertaining. There is a television and DVD and a hot and cold shower under a bay tree for those after beach showers too!
The studio is 27 sq/m and the garden adds a further 39 sq/m to your living space and allows you to eat out al fresco under the sun or stars! Although the centre of Cannes is very close the hustle and bustle and traffic noise will not reach you here. Our private road is gated both ends so noisy traffic and motorbikes will not invade your space!
You do not need a car to enjoy your holiday here. The airport bus brings you to the centre of Cannes and then the A8 bus will take you along the Croisette and drop you at the end of our road. All you need is on your doorstep, beaches and restaurants galore!! Walk to Rue D'Antibes along La Crosiette - great for shopping, conferences, holidays, swimming and beach activities, watersports, sailing - you name it, its on the doorstep! |

Our stuido is in a quiet and exclusive private gated road just off La Croisette (The main beach promenade of Cannes)You can walk to the beach in under 5 minutes and to the local square which abounds with cafes and restaurants and is also the home to the famous French game - Boules.
Conference delegates can walk along the beach fromt to the Palais and holiday makers will find the central location ideal for a beach holiday, for shopping or genrally exploring the area. No car needed as there is a wide variety of local shops within a short walk for fresh croissants etc each morning! |

Julia and I have just returned from a wonderful week's break. We had perfect weather and really appreciated the location of the studio as well as the gorgeous garden. Both of us feel rejuvenated, refreshed and ready to tackle our busy lives again, so a big 'thank you'!

This is a very belated email to say how much we enjoyed our two weeks in Marlyne. We had gorgeous weather the whole time we were there and so spent 99% of the time just reading in the garden (we got through
15 books and had to make a couple of trips to the Fnac to buy more!) and swimming. We did make it out once to see the Grace exhibition in Monaco, which I really recommend if you're over there before the end of September when it ends!
We definitely hope to rent the flat again sometime!
