The holiday rental is situated inside the city walls of Avignon, few minutes walking distance to the Popes' Palace and the famous "Pont d'Avignon". It has an entirely equipped open-plan kitchen opening on to a light,sunfilled living room whose beautiful beams remind you that the building is over a hundred years old.
The two bedrooms are air conditioned and each room offers two twin beds, bathroom with toilet.

| Guestbook: "For our first trip to France, we wanted a charming apartment to act as our home base in Avignon. We found Aida’s lovely apartment over her equally lovely B&B, Le Clos du Rempart, just inside the Old City Walls. It was perfect! Clean, simply and artistically furnished, very functional kitchen, cozy couch, very comfortable beds, towel warmer, beautiful natural lighting from all the large windows, and the perfect location – walking distance to the local bakery, grocery, restaurants, shopping, tourist sights and local activity. Aida warmly greeted us and gave us information about the area and suggestions to make our stay memorable. We received a tour of the rest of the building including her beautiful, peaceful courtyard – green, lush and colorfully flowering. We enjoyed visiting the local bakery every day for our breakfast, ending each day with a glass of local wine or a cup of tea, and having a warm hide away during one cold, rainy day. By the end of our stay, our charming home base felt like “home”.
