Beautiful 2 Bedroom House located in the Village of Tala, Nr.Paphos, CyprusSituated in the village of Tala 6km north of Paphos you will find your luxurious air-conditioned two-bedroom apartment. There are views from the balcony across Paphos to the crystal blue Mediteranean Sea.
The apartment is positioned within a cul-de-sac. It is based on a small select development in a residental area.
Bedroom 1 has been newly fitted to a very high standard. The new contemporary bedroom suite consists: a new comfortable double-bed, two bedside tables with matching lamps, fitted wardrobes, wall mirror. The room has air-conditioning, patio doors, balcony with far reaching views over Paphos, the Mediterranean Sea and the pool.
Bedroom 2 provides 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside table, air-conditioning.
The kitchen is well equipped and comes complete with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a good selection of saucepans, cutlery & crockery etc. The open plan kitchen leads directly to the dining and lounge area.
The lounge/diner is very comfortably furnished with 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, pine dining furniture, coffee and occasional tables. There is Digital Satellite TV with all UK terrestrial and radio channels and CD player. Patio doors lead to the private patio/garden which is furnished with a table and chairs, sun loungers, outdoor heater and lighting, and overlooks the moutain.
The fully tiled family bathroom finished to a high standard is fitted with a bath and shower and WC.
Bed linen and towels are provided (except beach towels).
Outside
The patio/garden has plenty of sun. The lovely south-facing pool is for the sole use of the residents. The pool is subtly lit at night and a pool shower, WC and changing room is available.
The quiet cul-de-sac provides ample parking & pretty open-plan front gardens to each house.
As Cyprus is such an interesting country to explore with its quaint villages, historical sights, countryside and coastline and to get the very best from your holiday, we would recommend the hire of a car. And to make things even easier, in Cyprus you drive on the same side of the road as in the UK and road signs are in English too!

Tala Village 2 is approximately a 15 minute stroll from the centre of Tala village, which is in the south west corner of Cyprus,( between Paphos and Coral bay) with it's bustling tavernas, bars and restaurants. Here you will also find two small shops,( selling daily provisions, including fresh bread, fruit, milk and newspapers), a church a postbox and two coffee shops. A short drive will take you to several larger, well stocked supermarkets.
A 15 minute drive will take you to the old town of Paphos or 'Pano Paphos' as it is known and a further 10 minute drive will take you to lower or 'Kato Paphos' where you will find the harbour area and the tourist bars restaurants and hotels. Also here you will have access to the famous 'Mosaics' and also the 'Tombs of The Kings' It is possible to take boat trips from the harbour area and also diving tuition. There are several championship golf courses. Closest to the house being Tsada, 10 minutes drive, also Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills. |
