Our immaculate fully air-conditioned two bedroom / heated ground floor holiday home is available for rental
It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with full size oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer (to keep all your drinks icy cold).
An open plan lounge with a 3 seater settee and a double bed settee, TV, Stereo & DVD player and Sky TV. Cot and blow up childs airbed available for extra occupancy.
There is also a selection of board games available to keep the children entertained, along with a selection of lilos & rings for the pool.
Special rates for 2 persons using 1 bedroom.
Beach towels and basic welcome pack will be
provided free of charge for 2008.
No meters for electricity - air conditioning etc.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and two single beds which can be pushed together if you prefer, with top quality orthopaedic mattress’s.
The bathroom has a full size bath and shower.
We have a private patio area and garden complete with patio set and sun beds with direct access to the pool area. The patio has the added benefit of having the sun on it almost all day all year round.
At the rear of the property is our personal parking space with access via electronic gates.
We now have a travel cot for the babies,with top quality bedding and a blow up bed for tiny tots, We can also arrange local hire of a high chair, pushchair etc.
All prices are per apartment per week not per person.
A five minute stroll will take you into the heart of Bar Street with its exciting night-life and many restaurants, the nearest beach is only 10 minute walk from the apartment. A leisurely walk in the opposite direction will take you to the harbour area and the Tomb of the Kings. Local bus services run regularly within a 2 minute walk.
Our guests tell us this is paradise and rebook on a regular basis.
Our housekeepers live on site and are at your disposal for any advise/assistance.
