With its contemporary furnishings, this stunning penthouse in Oroklini is a truly luxurious apartment. Large lounge area with TV/DVD/Playstation and games. Kitchen and dining area furnished to a high standard and fully equipped. Access to a balcony from the kitchen provides a sunny breakfast area and views of the communal pool area.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, again furnished to a high standard. Family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Large patio doors from the lounge area lead to a 90 sq.m. terrace furnished for relaxing, dining and private bathing. Spectacular views of the mountains can be appreciated, but still providing privacy for guests. Outside shower area and BBQ provided.
Set on a complex with large communal pool and close to all amenities.

The main area of Orkolini offers a range of shops, inlcuding a 24 hour bakery, a supermarket, a bank, a chemist, an animal range with horse and donkey rides and even go-karting. The village also boasts a range of fine tavernas.
A five minute drive away you will find the beaches which have been endowed with the internationally recognised Blue Flag Award.
Larnaca town centre is 10 minutes away by car, with its promenade and marina. Ayia Napa is 20 minutes by car, where you will find a variety of nightlife. Nicossia, the capital city and still divided since the 1974 invasion, is a 30-40 minutes drive.

Guestbook: Sue, Paul & Ellen (Northants): As independent travellers we believe you very much get what you pay for - in the case of Palm View you get more than that and pay no extra. Having had two visits to Cyprus this year we feel well positioned to offer our comments about the services offered by Dave and Helena of Palm View Cyprus. Both the apartments we have used in Orokolini, organised by Palm View, were exactly as advertised on the website. In addition, the car hire agent recommended by Palm View (Stavros Koukounis) offers a level of service never seen in the UK these days. For local restaurants, the Grada up the road takes some beating and the Ganga Indian is superb. We would not hesitate to recommend Palm View for your next holiday and we will definitely return to Orokolini next year.
Alan, Yvonne, Lee & Amy (Grimsby): Dave and Helena have gone out of their way to make our stay the best possible. Perfect hosts. The accommodation was excellent, from the spacious living room to the even bigger terrace. The variety of seating should please all comers. The kitchen area contains all the utensils needed for setting any meal. The village where the apartment is situated is quiet, Cypriot and friendly. Looking forward to a return trip.

This is the second time we have stayed at Helena and Dave's penthouse apartment in Oroklini, this time returning with our friends. We so enjoyed our first visit, we can all honestly say it won't be our last. From the warm and friendly greeting to the sad and tearful farewell, we loved absolutely every minute of our time there in their truly first class accommodation. The penthouse itself is very well appointed to the highest standard in every room, but it is the wonderful sun terrace that is always the highlight for us. Being south facing it offers you an idyllic private refuge to while away the hours in the hot Cyprus sun before retiring to the wonderfully air conditioned bedrooms for that all important Cypriot Siesta when it gets a bit hot!
