This stunning apartment is fresh, new and spacious and has so much to offer any holiday maker... To give you a taster of what you can expect there are two balconies, with sun loungers, a BBQ, sea views and views of the swimming pool. There is a satellite system, surround sound, play station and games, DVD player and extra television in the bedroom, 2 bathrooms, communal adult and baby pool, lifts, gym, tennis courts and undercover parking.
Now to go in to a bit more detail, the apartment also has a mobile phone and local sim card, so you can add a pay as you go sim card locally and call home for very cheap rates. There is an ipod lead so you can connect your favourite tunes to the surround sound system; there is a 32" flat screen television to enjoy the local satellite system on and plenty of bed linen and towels. There is a selection of games available including monopoly, cards and connect four so there is a lot to entertain the family. In addition there is a safe deposit box for your use as well.

Kapparis also offers shops, hairdressing salons and coffee shops. If this isn’t enough, then Protaras is a short taxi / bus journey or car ride away, getting you there within 4minutes. Or if you are up for a night on the town, Ayia Napa is also very close by, about ten minutes by car. However, for those who wish to experience some more traditional lifestyles, Paralimni is close by, 2 minutes by car you are in the centre of Paralimni, surrounded by culture and traditions along with places to eat shop and just stop for a drink...
Not forgetting there is a children's water park in Pernera, mini golf, bowling, water sports, nature trails, tennis courts and much more to keep every member of the family happy and all within a close drive.
Staying in Kapparis is ideal all year round as everything stays open, plus you get to see everything Cyprus has to offer, especially in the main but older town of Paralimni. |

What an amazing apartment, with so much to offer any vacationer. This two bedroom apartment is fresh, light and airy and creates a homely and cosy feeling throughout each room. Starting in the living room, you can sit back in the comfortable sofas, with the air conditioning or the ceiling fans or the summer breeze from the patio doors. Flick on the television and relax to some of the many satellite channels available on the local satellite system. There are channels including MBC 2, 3 and 4, fox movies and fox series so children's channels for the younger ones, action movies, romantic movies and of course the series such as CSI Miami, greys anatomy and brothers and sisters... If this isnt enough there is a large selection of dvds to choose from. More importantly there is built in surround sound so you can really feel like you are in a cinema in the comfort of your own home! The lead for your ipod is available so you can just plug in you ipod and listen through the surround sound system!
Moving in to the bedrooms, the rooms have a fresh Mediterranean blue and white contrast offering a fresh summer burst to each room. The twin room has twin beds and bedside table, plus a flat screen television and dvd player. Also available is a playstation console and a selection of games to choose from. Plus when you open the cupboard there are games such as Monopoly and connect four! the master bedroom has a double bed with a dressing table, mirror and stool and bedside tables with reading lamps. The enhanced features of this room is the en suite shower and toilet, hairdryer and safe deposit box along with another balcony. Both rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans to choose from and a selection of 100% cotton linen and both hand and bath towels for your use. If you get a bit nippy there are quilts available.
The Kitchen is a lovely size also opening on to the balcony area, so ideal if you want to dry your washing or just relax with a coffee. There is everything you will need to enjoy your holiday, plenty of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and also a food blender for your smoothies... In the dining room there is a table and six chairs overlooking the huge balcony!
Moving on to the balcony, wow what a feature! With stunning sea views to start with, you can enjoy the sunshine most of the day, relax on the sunbeds or enjoy a light lunch around the table and chairs. There is a BBQ for you to sizzle the evening meal, with your music gently creating the atmosphere in the background, the lanterns flickering in the evening light and if that’s not enough you even have a view over the pool!!!
