Our apartment is a newly built, beautifully furnished, well equipped and fully air conditioned / heated two bedroom 1st floor apartment (comfortably sleeps 6 people) with a communal swimming pool. The apartment enjoys views of open countryside, Famagusta City and the Mediterranean Sea.

The journey from/to Larnaca airport via the A3 takes about 45 minutes and is mostly motorway and dual carriageway. Kapparis is a quiet resort but sufficiently self contained with all the amenities that you are likely to require and which remain open throughout the winter making this a year round resort. The municipal town of Paralimni is 2 km away and is a traditional Cypriot town with a lovely centre and lots of shopping opportunities.
If you prefer a quiet peaceful holiday away from the hustle and bustle of over commercialized resorts then Kapparis is for you. A selection of bars and restaurants can be found in Kapparis village, a 5 - 10 minute walk away.
Should you change your mind the lively resort of Ayia Napa with its variety of clubs, discos, pubs and restaurants as well as the famous Nissi Beach and Waterpark is within 10kms, while the resort of Protaras, which also offers an array of clubs, discos, pubs restaurants and excellent beaches is but 6kms away. Many would say that Protaras equals if not surpasses Ayia Napa with its selection of nightlife.

Guestbook: "A lovely, bright, and well equipped holiday apartment. You feel on holiday as soon as you enter! It was spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 children. It is close to all ammenities and a full day trip to all other parts of Cyprus; thus making it an excellent base for touring around. All the beaches in the local area are gorgeous. The children enjoyed the pool and we too took the chairs from the balcony, which were fine. The local restaurants were great, offering a wide choice of food options - from fish & chips, to greek to chinese! A safe and convenient place to stay - allowing you to be as busy or as lazy as you want. Excellent value for money and great for couples or families. Would love to return sometime soon!"
"The apartment is extremely well furnished with all mod cons. We found it much larger than your usual holiday rental, one could easily live there indefinately. I agree with Simon that the pool would benefit from some sunbeds, but we took chairs from the balcony and were quite comfortable. The nearby village has a British pub if you can't do without your full English breakfast and burgers etc, but if you prefer more traditional Greek food there are several tavernas and restaurants. One thing to bear in mind is that if you feel like a change of scenery for your sunbathing, the hotels in the village and just outside allow visitors to their pools at no charge, just buy a drink or snack"
"Excellent modern apartment which has airy spacious rooms and well furnished with all necessary applicances. Location is good being 5 mins walk from a handful of restaurants, bars and the nearest well-stocked supermarket and 10 mins walk from the beach. A large supermarket with nearly anything you want is only 5 mins drive from the apartment, and the nearest main resort of Protaris is just over 5 mins drive away too. Swimming pool is small and needs some sunbeds/deckchairs put there, but would expect the owners to do this soon. All in all, excellent value for money for a lovely apartment in a quiet location, but with close access to all necessary facilities."
