This apartment has been designed especially with the vacationer in mind. each room is homely and unique with lots to offer.
Starting with living room there is a lovely leather and material corner sofa with plenty of scatter cushions for comfort. Then relax, sit back and enjoy the 32" tv, choose from many satellite channels or there are a selection of great dvds to watch. In order to add as many facilities as possible, there are a selection of games, including jenga, twister, monopoly, connect four and playing cards, a selection of novels and an ipod docking station. There is also a reading lamp in the corner and a coffee table and nest of tables as well.
Moving on to the dining room there is a nice size wooden table with four leather chairs, and the kitchen has everything you would need. There are plenty of plates, variety of glasses, cooking utensils, pots and pans and storage pots. Also supplied is a fire blanket, tourch, first aid kit, socket protectos and smoke detector for safety. The kitchen has new appliances such as microwave, oven, hob, extractor, washing machine and large fridge freezer. There are plenty of cleaning materials for your use as well, should you need anything.
The master bedroom has a double bed, with a bedside table, reading lamp, dressing table with mirror and stool, long mirror, flat screen tv, seperate satellite box, dvd player and hair dryer. There is also a safe deposit box and the room has access to the balcony as well.
The twin room consists of two single beds, a bedside table, reading lamp, mirror and unit with a flat screen tv, satellite and playstation 3 with a variety of games. Both rooms have air conditioning / heating units, ceiling fans, built in wardrobes and a supply of linen, towels, blankets and duvets for your use.
The balcony area is spacious with a BBQ, table and chairs, evening lantens for a romantic effect, part sea views and pool views. The complex has an adult and baby pool, gym facilities, tennis courts and undercover parking. there are both lifts and stairs as well and the apartment is penthouse!!!

Kapparis also offers shops, hairdressing salons and coffee shops. If this isn't enough, then Protaras is a short taxi / bus journey or car ride away, getting you there within 4minutes. Or if you are up for a night on the town, Ayia Napa is also very close by, about ten minutes by car. However, for those who wish to experience some more traditional lifestyles, Paralimni is close by, 2 minutes by car you are in the centre of Paralimni, surrounded by culture and traditions along with places to eat shop and just stop for a drink...
Not forgetting there is a children's water park in Pernera, mini golf, bowling, water sports, nature trails, tennis courts and much more to keep every member of the family happy and all within a close drive.
Staying in Kapparis is ideal all year round as everything stays open, plus you get to see everything Cyprus has to offer, especially in the main but older town of Paralimni. |

| Guestbook: 'Really lovely apartment, it did have everything needed and it was like home from home. It was nice to be able to let the kids watch a dvd in the bedroom, having two they could never watch the same, so two tvs in the two rooms was a realy nice touch for us!, it was close enough to the beach and amenities but the facilities were so good at the apartment that the kids enjoyed the pool and we BBQ'ed most nights' |
