Just a 20-minute walk into the vibrant heart of Ayia Napa, this is the ideal location for those wanting the brilliant sun, aquamarine sea, and softest golden sand of Cyprus whilst at the same time being a stroll away from excellent dining and fantastic entertainment.
Wedding guests are also particularly well catered for as the popular wedding venues of the five-star Adams Beach and Atlantica Aeneas Hotels as well as the four-star Nissi Beach Hotel are within only a few minutes walk of this apartment.
The fully air-conditioned apartment is of the highest quality with Interior Designer furnishings to match: Double-glazed throughout, it boasts a large living room with Satellite TV and DVD, a roomy open-plan fully-fitted kitchen with real granite work tops and two good-sized double bedrooms with enormous built-in wardrobes. The fully tiled high-spec. bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower. Solar panels provide endless hot water backed up by an electric system.
The Satellite TV system has access to many English channels including Films, Sport, Cartoons, Soaps and News. Please remember to bring along your own DVDs or else you can rent them locally.
We have provided a comprehensive 'Guest Information Book' within the apartment to help you get your bearings much more quickly so that you can start enjoying your holiday immediately you arrive. This large first-floor apartment, in a block of only six privately-owned properties, has an expansive covered balcony stretching the full width of the property which enjoys daytime and evening sun - ideal for those hot Cypriot afternoons and those lazy chilled-out evenings. The balcony boasts comfy rattan easy chairs with coffee table as well as a further dining table and chairs.
Set back a little from the rest of the properties, the apartment block has no immediate neighbours on any side - it even has a distant sea view to its front!
There is lift access as well as stairs to the property and a dedicated parking space beneath the apartment on the ground floor.
There are WC & shower facilities adjacent to the pool as well as a shared WC on the ground floor of each block.

| The Nissi 3 Development is the ideal spot for a self-catering holiday in 5-star hotel surroundings. You will find friendly tavernas, excellent restaurants, convenient shops and supermarkets, finest beaches, picturesque harbour and a coastal picnic site all within walking distance. A frequent bus service (and many taxis!) run further afield to other resorts, towns, the largest Waterpark in Europe(!) and areas of natural beauty. On site, there is a large swimming pool with attached kiddies pool surrounded by an expansive open area - there is also a formal garden area adjacent. The 'Wedding' hotels are all close by making Nissi 3 a great place for guests to stay. |
