OVERVIEW
This apartment was completely redesigned according to Feng Shui/Vastu principles. It is situated in the very heart of Zagreb on the 7th floor (elevator). The place is 57 m2 big with two rooms, one bedrom/studio, the other living/kitchen, and one bathroom with a big 180/80 tub and a special rain forest shower, perfect for relaxation.
Most of the apartment faces south with beautiful southern red brick wall and big windows that open completely, transforming the whole place to a veranda on a nice sunny day.
Perfect for people that care about health and ecology, premium macrobiotic cooking equipment with supplies, 3 min walking distance to central square. 2 min walking distance from a market place. The apartment has a private locked parking lot which helps you avoid expensive parking in center of Zagreb. DSL internet, home cinema with projector, asortment of esoterical/philosophical/mystical books (some rare ones too...), all included!
