Both apartments are just 5 meters far from the sea and beach. In Suđurađ you have few pebble beaches which are just 30 meters far from our apartments and you also have many rocky and concrete beaches so we are sure you will find what you like.. We provide to our quests breakfast as well as half board service. You can also use telephone, pets are welcome, you can come with your private boat and leave it in front of the apartment |

| Sipan is the largest island in the Elaphite archipelago, 17 kilometers north-west from Dubrovnik (one hour with local ship). The island Sipan is the greenest among all the Elafiti islands. The Elafiti are forested and always green. Each island is a botanical garden. Our apartments is situated in Sušuraš on Sipan just 5 meters from the sea.Sipan offers a perfect sailing area - idle around, go swimming, snorkle in crystal clear sea etc.. Heavy traffic and people rushing are not part of the life here.
It is well known for its nature, crystal clear sea and beautiful walk area of 5 km which leads to the Sušuraš. There are restaurants in Sušuraš where you can eat fish which is just fished in clear sea by ipan well known fishermen. There is as well the grocery shop, the post-office in the village as well as ambulance with doctor. All that is 2 min walking distance.
Here you can rent bikes and enjoy discovering island, you can rent boat and take fishing, you can discover beauty of crystal clear sea taking a tour in diving school, you can enjoy traditional Mediterranean food in restaurants in Sušuraš or you can just enjoy sea view from our 100 m2 large terrace in front of the apartment....
You can also discover historical monuments on the island. The fortified castle in Sušuraš, between Sušuraš and ipanska Luka you can see the ruins of the summer residence of the archbishop of Dubrovnik. The Middle Ages left a number of architectural remains. Or you can take one of the ferries and visit Dubrovnik, one of the most beautiful cities on the world.. You can choose between 10-12 lines to Dubrovnik and to other islands such as Lopud, Kolocep and National park Mljet. |
