This Holiday Apartment is an economical and comfortable alternative to staying in a hotel - with 44 m2 it offers enough space for 1-6 persons. The apartment is very quiet with the windows to the courtyard.
The 44 m2 is efficiently distributed, with both rooms having double beds on spacious galleries. Bed linen and Towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Everything you need to cater for yourself can be found in the surrounding area: A small market square is in front of the house, supermarkets, a bakers shop, pharmacy, petrol station, park areas (Augarten, Prater), restaurants and cafes, etc. Public parking is directly in front of the house.
Both the Inner city as well as the Vienna Prater with parkland are reachable by foot within 10 - 15 Minutes. You can get there even quicker using the Underground or the tram - and even the connection to the airport itself- Vienna has a direct connection by means of a local train from Praterstern only 5 minutes away from the apartment.

The price for our holiday apartment is based on 2 persons. For every extra person a further
15 Euro/Night will be charged.
More than 5 nights: Discount possible!
The end cleaning cost will not normally be charged!
Minimum stay: 2 Nights - for shorter stays please ask!
Payment is to be made on arrival.
We accept payments in cash – payment being on arrival –
or by bank transfer at least 1 week before arrival.
