Our beautiful non-smoking apartments are furnished in modern country decor. All with stereo-CD-player, roomsafe (free of charge), radio-clock & Sat-TV. All apartments with full equipped kitchen have refrigerator,
stove, water digester, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, all kitchen & cooking equippment, cutlery, glases and tableware.
Iron and ironing-board are provided in every apartment. A guest washing machine (free) is available in our house.
DVD player and cellphone rental on request.
Inside all apartments you have broadband internet access - so bring your laptop!
There is also save parking available for your car in the courtyard of our house (free).
Our house in Jedleseer Str 67, 1210 Vienna, contains 4 guest apartments & has a very good infrastructure, comfortable to shopping facilities and public tranports. Two supermarkets, bank with ATM, bakery, shops, pharmacy, dry cleaning, cafes and restaurants are within just 250 yards.
The "Donauinsel", Viennas largest relaxation and festival area also for cycling, jogging & bathing within 5 min walk.
Two busstops and taxiplace are just 200 yards from our house.
Floridsdorf Station, with Underground U6 and Metro (S-trains)
can conveniently be reached in just two minutes by bus or a short walk. The historic city center and all other
tourist attractions are easily accessible from our house. |
