The apartment with balcony is newly renovated and consists of one room (bed&livingroom) with comfortable contemporary furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen with and a very nice and cosy dining place.
We offer a double bed or two single beds.

Vienna City
Neubau is the seventh district of Vienna.
Today, it is an important shopping district, especially in the Mariahilfer Straße and Neubaugasse.
Many pubs, popular among the district's large student population, are located in the Spittelberg neighborhood. The Volkstheater Wien, one of Vienna's large mainstream theatres, and the Austrian Ministry of Justice are located in Neubau, as well as the Museumsquartier, a centre dedicated to modern art, housing for example the Leopold Collection.
The city centre and the West Railway Station, the State Opera, the Hofburg, the Spanish Riding School, the major museums, theatres offering operettas and musicals and the flea-market, all are within a few minutes’ reach.
