1. I will arrive at Yellow Ribbon Hills early in the morning. Can I check in that time?
Yes, you can check I, however we charge as below;

2. I will check out at 20:00. Do you charge for late check out?
Yes, Check out time is 12:00. We charge as below;

14:00~20:00 - 50% of daily rate
20:00~ - 100% of daily rate
3. Do I have to make a security deposit?
Yes. In case of more than 1 month lease, you would make a security deposit as below;
1~5 months contract 1 month of room rent
6~months contract 2 months of room rent
4. How do I pay room rent?
Daily
Please pay room rent in advance when you check in.
Please pay other expenses (Food, Telephone etc.) when you check out.
Monthly
Please pay room rent for 1 Month and deposit when you check in.
5. Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, We accept JCB Card, VISA Card and Master card.
We accept payment by these credit cards for daily use guests only.
6. How can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellation should be made to notify our office by Fax or E-mail 3 day before the check in date. Otherwise the rule of payment of cancellation fee equivalent of 50% contact rate, will be applied. In case of no-show the rule of a full charge will be applied.
7. Do you have Limousine Service?
Yes, we offer both pick-up and drop-off limousine service from/to Bangkok International airport.
