Hi, Dear My Friends, Are you looking for 2008 Olympic Hotel Rooms in Beijing? Would you like to rent a comfortable apartment during Beijing Olympic Games 2008? I am a Beijing citizen and have my own apartment available for rent during July 21th to the end of 2008. My apartment(Yipinge apartment) is very suit for friends worked in Media or friends watching Olympic competition because it is only 200 meters away from Olympic village(for athlete living), and also only 3 kilometers away from bird-nest stadium and water cube. please see google earth file Yipinge apartment in attachment.
1 The following is the description of my apartment:
1)Address: Beishatan No.11 building(Yipinge Apartment), Chaoyang district, Beijing City
2)It is built in the end of 2005, the area is 70sqm, the apartment has 1bedroom,1 bathrooms,1 livingroom ,1kitchen. It is new decorated and clean. There are fully new furniture, 1 refrigerator, 1 washing machine, 1 LCD TV, 1 CRT TV, 1 microwave oven, 1 water fountain ,and so on. If you also need other equipments, I will also consider to add if possible.
2 Rent requirements:
1). 110USD per day during the Olympic game??from Aug 1st to Aug 25th??. Rent more than 20days (50% prepayment is required, the fee of water , gas, electricity and ADSL internet is free)
2). 3000USD per month before September (50% prepayment is required, the fee of water , gas, electricity and ADSL internet is free)
3).500USD per month from September, Rent more than half year (25% prepayment is required)
