A big supermarket (Acima) is just 50 m away as well as a nice Cafe (La Flamme) and local cheap restaurants across the street in rue Ibn Aicha.
Very comfortable apartment, oriental style finishings, tastefully decorated.
Remark to the prices: chaeaper prices for 2 weeks to 1 month rentals. Prices are always per flat and for 3 persons, extra charge of euro 40,00/week for the 4th person. There are 2 sofa-beds in the leaving room that measure 1,10 x 1,85 m and 0,70 x 2,00 m. Included are water, electricity, gas, bed-sheets, towels, weekly and final cleaning, entry to indoor pool & fitness accessible only to residents, private parking in the basement. |

"The apartment is truly lovely. It was in a convenient location for us, away from all the chaos of the Medina but close enough if you want to walk or take a shor fine minute taxi ride to the medina and souk. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, except an iron and a kettle. There is an abundance of space for your belongings, everything is in good working order. The bed was extremely comfortable and the place is very clean. The gym is well equipped and the pool is of a good size. The staff we encountered were always pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again should I return to Marrakesh. The owner is a very polite and informative lady and it was a pleasure to deal with her" H.E. England, May 2008
