In the heart of modern Marrakech, called Gueliz, just behind avenue Mohammed V with its entertainment, shops, restaurants, and only 5 min. by taxi (2 km = 1euro) to the famous square El Fna, the Medina and the Souks, located in a quiet small street on the 5th and last floor of a brand new (construction year end 2007) luxurious building with heated indoor pool, fitness room, security 24h a day, lifts, private parking in the basement with direct access to flat. A big supermarket (Acima) is just 50 m away as well as a nice Cafe (La Flamme) and local cheap restaurants across the street in rue Ibn Aicha.
Very comfortable apartment, oriental style finishings, tastefully decorated.
Remark to the prices: lower prices for 2 weeks to 1 month rentals. Prices are the same all year round (except Xmas/New Year), euro 350 per week for 2 persons, extra charge of euro 40/week for the 3rd and euro 30/week for the 4th person. Daily euro 60 for 2 people. There are 2 single sofa-beds in the leaving room that measure 1,10 x 1,85 m and 0,70 x 2,00 m. Included are water, electricity, gas, bed-sheets, towels, weekly and final cleaning, entry to indoor pool & fitness accessible only to residents, private parking in the basement.

"The apartment is truly lovely. It was in a convenient location for us, away from all the chaos of the Medina but close enough if you want to walk or take a shor fine minute taxi ride to the medina and souk. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, except an iron and a kettle. There is an abundance of space for your belongings, everything is in good working order. The bed was extremely comfortable and the place is very clean. The gym is well equipped and the pool is of a good size. The staff we encountered were always pleasant and helpful.
