Villa Jacaranda is a newly built property, an upstairs and a downstairs apartment. Furnished with luxury furniture, satallite TV, and DVD player. Air-con in all rooms (except bathroom). The kitchen is equipped with oven/hob, kettle, fridge, and toaster. Utensils and crockery.
The property has a 60m2 swimming pool, gardens and shaded sitting areas.
Close to shops and reataurants, close to the pedestrianised walk way (Mamsha). Close to public beach (approx. 500m walk), and about 10mins walk to restaurants and bars, shops, bus stop and banks.
The apartments are ideal for families with young and old children, couples, divers and golfers alike.
The pool has a small 50cm-deep enclosed area for children. Yet it is 11m long and approx. 6m wide, so also ideal for a regular swim by adults, or pool games. The pool is 1m deep in the shallow end, and 1.8m in the deep end. There are chezlonges, tables and chairs for resting, reading and eating outdoors.
And if you are planning to visit in January or February, when the nights are a little cooler, rest assured, all air-con units provide heating as well as cooling. And if this is not enough, there is a nice thick duvet in the main bedroom, and warm blankets in the second bedroom of each of the apartments. |

There is much to do in Hurghada, such as snorkling, scuba diving, fishing, desert safari, quad bikes, horse & camel riding, kite surfing, wind surfing, sailing, para-sailing, fishing and much more. These are available through resorts dotted around Hurghada.
Titanic water park is only 2km away from the property. Through local travel agent, you can take a trip to Luxor, where you can visit the Valley of the kings and Valley of the Queens, Luxor and Karnak temples, and Colossus of Memnon, to mention but a few.
You can also take a trip to cairo to visit the Pyramids, Cairo museum and see Old Cairo. Although, this is approx. a 6-hour journey each way, and is best planned to take place before you arrive to Hurghada.
The property has 24-hour security guard/care-taker who lives on the grounds. |

Guestbook: The Villa Jacaranda is simply splendid! The standard of furnishings and equipment is top notch, and everything is new and clean too. There is plenty of space in the apartment, including the bathroom and the beds are really comfy too. Parking is right there and the neighbourhood feels very safe. The caretaker is a really nice guy, and nothing too much of a problem. The gardens are very pretty and in the evening and night with the garden lights on you get a real tropical feeling, far away from the hustle and bustle of life. Relaxing and taking in the spectacular sunset is a must every night!
With the hot weather the in-room air-con is great and cools the air really nicely. But why stay inside?, when the pool offers a wonderful ambiance. Relaxing on the comfortable loungers, sipping a nice cold drink etc really helped us to forget the stress and strain of life back home! We had two young children and they really loved the pool, because the neat design is good for games, swimming and just chilling out. When it gets too hot the big umbrellas really help.
The villa is really well located. We went on several really fun tours (snorkelling, desert quad biking, valley of the Kings etc) and for that the villa's location means getting on the main roads is close by and easy.
So when you are looking for a great place to stay, and you want a fresh, stylish and really high standard of accommodation look no further, and take our advice! This is the first of many trips for us, villa Jacaranda is a great place to stay and excellent value for money too!
