Come and enjoy all year round sunshine at our luxury apartment on the Red Sea Riviera in Hurghada Egypt. We bought this apartment because the style and layout is just perfect for a large group of friends or divers or for two families, but is equally as suitable for just one family or couple who like lots of space, 100 discount for 1 or 2 person occupancy.
Your party will be met at Hurghada airport and returned there at the end of your holiday. This Free service is provided for your convenience.
The spacious ground floor apartment has 3 bedrooms, is air-conditioned, set within a gated complex with 24-hour security in a quiet area and enjoys a shared swimming pool.
The apartment complex is wheelchair accessible by a small built in ramp, and we have a ramp to negotiate the 3 steps up to the apartment. We have no objection to the elderly or infirm using our apartment it is up to you to decide whether it would be suitable. There are 2 grab rails in the ensuite bathroom and a raised toilet seat and a shower stool but otherwise there are no special aids within the apartment.
There is a hair-dryer in each bedroom, iron and an ironing board. A travel cot,baby buggy,high chair are provided at no extra charge. Please request them at the time of booking. The baby buggy has a detachable parasol.
We can also organise your scuba diving, water sports and excursions to Luxor, the Valley of the Kings and Queens, Temples of Luxor and Karnac, the Colossus of Memnon, Pyramids at Giza/Cairo or even a 3-day cruise down the Nile. |

| The apartment is set in a gated community with 24 hour security.The shared pool is available between the hours of 8am and 10pm all year round. It is unheated. Eating out is inexpensive.Many restaurants and shops are a short 10 minute walk away.There is a small supermarket immediately outside the complex. Taxis and local buses stop nearby. They are abundant and very cheap. Sekala the old part of Hurghada is a short 5 minute bus journey where many more restaurants and shops can be found. The nearest beach is a 10 minute stroll away or there is a public beach a 5 minutes by bus. Activities include World-class scuba diving, snorkeling, kite boarding,ten pin bowling, snooker, and desert safaris. An 18 hole USPGA golf course is located at El Gouna about 20km away. You can also visit Luxor, the Valley of the Kings, Temples of Luxor and Karnac, the Colossus of Memnon and take a trip to Cairo or a cruise down the Nile. |

Our well-equipped apartment comfortably sleeps 6 to 8 people +cot. It has 3 bedrooms, one with bathroom en suite. All bedrooms and living room have Air conditioning (hot or cold). Two of the bedrooms lead directly onto the patio. Each bedroom has large twin beds, which can be placed together or apart as you wish and a large bed settee in the living room converts to a king sized bed to sleep up to 2 more people. There is one more bathroom (shower, washbasin and toilet) and a cloakroom (washbasin and toilet only). Each toilet has bidet facilities.
A travel cot and baby buggy is provided at no extra charge if you request them at the time of booking. The baby buggy also has a detachable parasol. Bedding for the travel cot is NOT provided.
The living room has seating for 6 people and there is a dining table and 6 chairs should you wish to eat in and a large terrace/patio is accessed from the living room where and there are 2 tables, a further 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers There is a satellite TV and DVD player in the living room. The DVD player will play your music CDs and MP3s.
There is a hairdryer in each bedroom and ironing facilities are provided.
A safe is provided Free of charge.

Whilst children are welcome, the apartment has not been made 'child proof�. Parents should be aware that the pool is unsupervised and children and non-swimmers must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. |

| Self catering. There is microwave with grill, gas oven with 4 gas rings.We also have a barbecue on the terrace.Eating out is really cheap and there is a great variety of restaurants to suit all tastes. |
Guestbook: The flat was lovely, very spacious, smart and comfortable and the balcony was really nice.
Nobi was excellent and the services he provided were first class. He made the holiday happen for us (Nobi is our friend who picks our guests up from the Airport and arranges any excursions, diving etc. they may wish to make whilst on holiday at very reasonable prices)
The new supermarket nearby was excellent. So cheap, always open and even got us some fruit and delivered it to the door G.S. Oct 2006
