Taxi - Taxis are available from taxi ranks located infront of the terminals, passengers are urged not to accept any offers from taxi operators from inside the terminals and to ensure that the meter is turned on before leaving.
Bus - There are regular bus services from the airport to Madrid, Bus no.101 runs to Barajas-Canilejas and bus no.89 to Colon. The bus stops are located outside all the terminals.
Rail - The underground has direct access to the airport, the Madrid Metro Line connects the airport with Madrid’s city centre station Nuevos Ministerios in the heart of Madrid’s financial district.
Road - There are several options available to passengers traveling to and from the airport by road: bus, car and taxi. |
| Driving from the city centre and the M-30, take the A-2 or N-II until the exit towards the airport. Driving from the M-40, take exit 3 connecting to the M-11, which leads directly to the airport terminals. The airport is wellsignposted along both routes. |
| There is a free shuttle bus that transfers passengers between the terminals as well as the car park. |
