Directions & Transportation

Taxi:
There are taxis available from the taxi rank, which is located in front of the Arrivals hall.
Bus:
There are scheduled buses that run every hour to and from Alicante central bus station. There are also other services that run to Benidorm and Murcia. All buses depart from opposite the Arrivals hall.
Road:
Travellers going to and from the airport can either go via bus, car or taxi.

There is an Aena information desk located at the check-in area and the Valencia Tourism Agency has an information desk on the lower floor.
Baggage:
There are lost property offices located on the ground floor of the terminal building.
Money:
The airport has bureaux de change facilities and ATMs located in the terminal building.
More Services:
A post office, 24 hour first aid service and a pharmacy are located in the terminal building.
Eating & Drinking:
The airport has a wide range of shops available, including newsagents; tobacconists; gift and jewellery shops; a music store; cake shop; sports and shoe shops; CD and video store; and three duty-free shops.
Shopping:
There a few bars; cafes; and restaurants located in the terminal building, including Bill Bentley Pub; Cafeteria Illy; Natural Break; and Plantaciones.
Business Facilities:
There is a Ifach VIP Lounge on Departures level 1, which offers phone; fax; photocopying; and Internet access for business class passengers.
Disabled Facilities:
The airport has lifts; ramps; and disabled toilets, wheelchairs are available on request and passengers requiring wheelchairs and special assistance should inform their airline before travelling. There are also designated parking spaces for disabled passengers in the airport car park opposite the terminal building.
