The information desk located in Arrivals is open from 7.30 am to 11.30 pm, and provides tourist information as well as information on flight arrivals and departures.

The Lost and Found office, which utilizes the Worldtracer-Bahamas automated baggage finding system, is located in the back of the arrivals terminal, with access from the main hall and from inside the baggage pick-up area (accessible only to arriving passengers), and is open from 8.00 am to 11.00 pm. There are two luggage claim belts.

Tuscany, like all major metropolises world over, is served by two airports. The coastal airport, Pisa International Galileo Galilei is 80 kilometres from Florence Airport, and the distance between them can be covered in about 45 to 60 minutes, depending on how you choose to travel, by car, bus or train. In the Computer Reservation Systems (CRS’s) the two cities are regarded as one, and Pisa’s Galileo Galilei Airport is registered as part of the Florence (FLR) metropolitan area.
