Taxi - You will find the taxi ranks directly in front of both terminals
Bus - Public buses to Helsinki leave from outside both terminals. (Nos 415, 451 and 615 to the city centre) The Finnair city bus (private coach) also goes to the city centre.

| Drive north from the centre of Helsinki on Tuusula road(Highway 45)and simply follow the signs. Coming the east or west head for Keha III (Highway 50) and just follow the airport signs. |

| Eating & Drinking: |
When travelling abroad, you have two duty-free shops and numerous speciality shops to choose from. There is a wide selection of goods available ranging from delicacies, gifts, watches, jewellery, men and women’s fashion, clothing, shoes, bags, electronics, magazines, books and a wide choice of souvenirs.
For passengers travelling to states outside the Schengen Agreement, there is also a duty-free shop and cafe after passport control. Early September will see the completion of a new shopping area in the long-haul gateway area, which will be home to a large duty-free shop, four new speciality shops and a refurbished restaurant world.
Passengers on non-domestic flights can also shop in the Domestic Terminal on departure and arrival.
Global Refund points can be found at Stockmann, Helsinki Airport Duty Free and the Tax Free Plussa shops near gates 26-28. There is also a Global Refund point at the Travelex currency exchange bureau near gate 30.

Helsinki is a very pleasant city in which to spend some time and the centre is easy to walk.
Suomen Museum – Mannerheimintie 34, History buffs will enjoy a stroll through here. The artefacts are well set out and give one an idea of Finland’s past.
Kaivopuisto Park – A lovely area on a nice day with lots of shade and paths. This former spa has a popular bar/restaurant. Well worth stretching those legs before the flight.
Kauppatori – You can’t miss this one in the heart of town is this Market/Bazaar with something for everyone, so if it’s a bunch of bananas or a last minute gift for your auntie.
