Overview

Sip your morning cup of coffee while enjoying the view. There is a secure parking area but you really don't need a vehicle. This vacation rental apartment is conveniently located so you can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and downtown Porlamar. Directly across the road is a bakery for fresh bread and sweet rolls. There is a mini-supermarket on the ground floor of the apartment building and street vendors sell fresh fruit.

Sleeps 4 people; one double bed and a sofa that converts to a double bed. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, linens and towels, air conditioned, pool, secure parking area, high-speed Internet, full satellite DirectTV connection, water tank in the apartment to insure a continuous supply. The apartment is clean and comfortable but very basic. The price is low because it has older cabinets and fixtures.
This is the place for you if you are looking for a fantastic ocean view in a convenient location at a cheap price.
