Overview

Available is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. It has a fantastic view overlooking the yacht anchorage, sleeps 4 to 6 people with sofa bed, split AC, fully equipped roomy kitchen, including microwave, coffee maker, ice maker, toaster, all channel Direct TV, internet DSL broad band. We are located 2 ½ blocks from the beach and 6 blocks to the center of town. There is a nice pool, small grocery store and secured parking on the premises as well as a great bakery/deli across the street.. What to do in Margarita: Island tours, mainland trips, horseback riding, tennis, golf, amusement park, museums, wind surfing, kite surfing, sailing, all day party boat trips, fishing, beaches, duty free shopping, abundant nightlife and casinos. Internet cafe at $0.40/hour, beer at a beach bar from $0.30 and gasoline $0.07/gal. Rental Price: Off Season-daily $50, weekly $300. High Season-daily $75, weekly $500. Monthly rate is 3 times the weekly rate. On stays of 6 + months, the rate is $750 + electricity/mo. High season includes Dec 15-Jan 15, Easter Week, and July 15 to September 15. Dec 15-Jan 15 ( minimum 10 days ) Maid service available upon request. Payment in full upon arrival including a $200 damage deposit returnable at time of leaving. All payment is made in US cash.
