This is a beautifully just renovated apartment just one block from both the Marriot Hotel and Larcomar, Miraflores' most exclusive area. Three bedroom apartment has parquet floors in living, bedroom and hall areas. Luxury kitchen with granite countertop and all stainless steel accesories. Fast internet is available at an additional cost. Comfortably accomodates up to 6 people. There is a beautiful view of the ocean and paragliders. Will rent with everything included for days, weeks or months. Weekly rent is $450. Daily rent is $65. 1 year lease is available and negotiable. Security deposit is $250 and refundable at checkout. A small deposit is required at the time of booking.
