Nice and cozy comfortable apartment one bedroom in Miraflores of 83 sqm, beautiful and quiet neighborhood, near Larco Mar and Marriot Hotel (only three blocks), is the perfect place for tourists or business travel.

This condo is located on the first floor of a brand new building of 7 flats. There is a 24 hours doorman and private parking space inside the building, with full security. The building end in August 2009.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, one bathroom with bathtub and shower, modern living/dining room for six people all in cedar.
