Amenities: Wi-Fi internet access, cable TV. Family room equiped with a wall unit, 36" LCD TV, stereo system with DVD/MP3 player and computer desk. Master Bedroom equiped with a 32" LCD TV, His and Hers closets and a fantastic Ocean view. Bedroom #2 and #3 equiped with a 19" TV each. Full Kitchen with electric GE stove, Refrigerator, Cooking and serving utensils provided, Linens provided, 1 car garage with automatic garage door opener. Minimum $ 100.00 deposit to reserve (not refundable), $400.00 refundable security deposit with balance due prior to arrival time. Security deposit will be refunded if apartment is "same as original condition" at departure time. The security deposit is based on # of people staying (adults/kids) and activities planned (parties, too many visitors..etc.) Loud music or anything that will disturbe people on the lower or upper floors is not allowed. Owners association rules must be followed.
Building administration and security personnel need to be provided with guests names sleeping in the apartment, arrival and departure dates. Other people visiting are allowed but need to identify themselves with a legal document (DNI or other legal document). Security keeps track of every person coming in and going out of the building, this is mandated by the building administration and owners association to provide a secure environment 24 X 7 for owners as well as guests.
