Overview

Breathtaking 3br, 3 1/2 bathroom condo in the heart of Miraflores.

Ocean ,park and city views from every room attained by its wrap around design, with the award winning Parque Raimondi (best in all of Lima)at your doorstep. This is the quietest part of all the Malecons as the traffic is one way only and no combis or busses allowed in this exclusive area.

Big windows from floor to ceiling.Brand new teak wood floors and granite countertops. Building has 24 hour security-doorman service and a direct main elevator to the unit with a second elevator for the service area.

The condo is located between the lighthouse (El Faro) and the Lover's park (Parque del Amor)within a 2 to 5 minute walk to some of the towns finest seafood restaraunts as well as parrillerias.

All three bedrooms are en-suite with the Master suite boasting a jacuzzi and bidette as well as a walk in closet and private bathroom. The 2nd guestroom (en suite)is decorated with african decor, has a full size bed and huge closet. The 3rd guestroom(en suite) has a full size bed and a big closet as well.This room has a direct view of the lighthouse and ocean.

The full-kitchen has granite counter tops,smooth top range ,large double door refrigerator and all popular small appliances. The laundry room has a new huge capacity side by side Washer and Dryer.
