We are located strategically in the center of of many good places. Twenty minutes of the International Airport and acccess to transportation to everywhere.



We have a bakery very near; a drugstore at 50 meters. Also small business of all categories very closely too.



Less than five minutes you can find Supermarkets and less than ten minutes the Mall San Miguel Shopping Ceneter with a lot of stores and entertaiment as cinema, bowling, etc



We are to less than ten minutes of the PUCP (Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú) and the UNMSM (Universidad Nacionacional Mayor de San Marcos).
